This rustic retreat was built in November of 2023. It includes a front yard waterfall with a flagstone patio, trees, and xeriscaping. Connecting the front yard to the back yard are large flagstone steppers winding down the side of the walkout basement. The back yard includes a 50' pondless waterfall with moss-covered boulders and a lot of spruce trees. The opposite corner a moss boulder retaining wall with trees, hot tub, and flagstone path.
